Resources to Help You Heal

I believe that every person has the power to change and improve their life. That's why I provide resources, tools, and counseling services to help my clients achieve their goals. I understand that mental health is a vital component of overall well-being, and I am dedicated to improving the lives of my clients. In addition to coaching services, I provide free resources to empower individuals to take the first step toward healing and achieving their healing.


Please feel free to join our free weekly support group, you will find the link below.  In addition to the support group there are resources available for you to download, please book a session with me if you need any help with the resources provided.  You deserve to live healed and free from emotional trauma!

Shift Work

This is our free weekly support group which is held every Sunday night at 7pm CST/8pm EST.  Join the meetings via this link or contact us for more information.

Should I Disconnect

This form is designed to help you identify toxic behaviors within your relationships.  Use this form to help you determine if a relationship is healthy for you and should you disconnect from it.  It is not only for romantic partnerships but for use in any relationship -- with your parent, siblings, boss, etc,

C-PTSD Symptoms Assessment

This form is NOT for diagnostic purposes, it is for EDUCATIONAL purposes only.  It includes many of the common symptoms of Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder however, the list is not all-inclusive. 

Healing Course

This is a self-paced course designed by Trauma Healing Specialist, Roman Zanoni and is the course I used to start my healing journey.  The course teaches you how to heal from complex trauma, emotional neglect, and abuse and features presentations on different mental health topics including  "How to Cure Your Depression and Anxiety."
